The Sanchez Elementary PTA fosters a vibrant and inclusive school community where all students can thrive. We achieve this by building strong partnerships across families, educators, and the broader community; promoting equity and wellbeing; celebrating our diverse cultures; supporting school activities; and securing resources to fund these endeavors. Joining the Sanchez Elementary PTA is just $5 per person for the entire school year. PTA membership benefits include:
Your own PTA Membership Card that unlocks deals and discounts through both the National and California PTA.
A vote in who runs the PTA and how PTA funds are spent.
Email digests with meeting minutes to keep you informed.

Volunteer
Volunteer
Lots of families like yours help Sanchez even if they're not in the PTA! You can be a hero too by helping at fun events like the Halloween Carnival or by chaperoning on field trips.
We'll announce when you can volunteer at the start of the year and before big events. Look for info in the Sanchez newsletter or on the PTA bulletin board by the school entrance.
Attend Meetings
Attend Meetings
We host PTA meetings on the third Monday of September, October, January, April, and May. During meetings we talk about upcoming events, ways to help out, fundraising plans, and brainstorm new ideas for how we can help make Sanchez even better.
Meetings are in person at the Sanchez cafeteria, but you can also join online through Google Meet. Subscribe to the School Calendar to keep track of meeting dates and school events. Meetings are open to everyone, but only PTA members can vote on important decisions.

Donate
A donation to Sanchez PTA goes directly back to the school to support teachers, provide enrichment activities for students, and help families in our community with basic necessities. You can make a donation by:
Adding it on to your $5 PTA membership.
Dropping off a cash or check donation in the office.
Making an online donation via Stripe (below).
